Taylor Momsen was born in the city of St. Louis in Missouri. She is an American singer/songwriter/model/actress. Taylor Momsen is an American singer-songwriter actor, model and model who hails from Saint. Louis Missouri. The most famous of her roles is Jenny Humphrey in the CW show Gossip Girl.
