Ina-Garten

Ina Gardner is author of a number of well-known American cookery books. Ina also hosts Barefoot Contessa on Food Network, which began in 2002. Ina began working in the White House as a writer of nuclear energy policies and the budget. While she initially found the work fascinating, eventually she lost interest. She then bought the Barefoot Contessa a small speciality food shop. After more than 18 years of making her shop a massive success she sold it, and then began writing her first book. There were many more cookbooks as well as magazine columnists that followed. The Food Network television program also debuted and quickly became popular. The range of products includes kitchen equipment to ingredients and storage containers. Ina herself, a self-taught chef she has never attended an institution for cooking or a hotel. Ina is well-known for her easy approach to cooking and effortless approach to entertainment. Her most well-known dishes include Skillet with roasted lemon chicken and Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon. Balsamic roast Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Bars as well as Mac and cheese.
